There is no fee for qualified jewellery retailers from India. All buyers must submit credentials for approval. Non-jewellery retailers may attend by invitation only, subject to written approval from the COUTURE INDIA Management Team.

To qualify, you must represent an active retail business dealing in finished fine jewellery. The platform is curated to ensure meaningful business interactions between premium jewellery brands and genuine retailers.

Please note, the following do not qualify as buyers:

  • Manufacturers

  • Designers

  • Wholesalers

  • Loose gemstone dealers

No, COUTURE INDIA is a trade-only event. The general public, private consumers, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Exception: Select high-profile consumers may be invited to attend on a specific date — details will be announced closer to the event.

All guests or staff must register individually and wear an official badge to access the show floor. No children under 21, strollers, or infants are permitted.

Yes, replacing a lost badge will incur a fee of INR 2000. (subject to change)

You must present: Business Identification (e.g., business card, trade license, GST certificate, tax documents) Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., passport, Aadhar, driving license) and store pictures.

Any attempt to transfer or misuse badges will result in: Immediate badge confiscation Permanent ban from future editions of COUTURE INDIA Possible penalties for the registering company

No, photography and videography are strictly prohibited without prior permission from show management and the respective exhibitor.

COUTURE INDIA is a B2B buying event, not a consumer retail show. Orders and wholesale agreements are made directly between exhibitors and qualified retailers at their discretion.
