Payment Terms:

Exhibitor needs to send Rs 250,000 advance payment in order to confirm participation in the favor of 'Gem & Jewellery Information Centre'. Cancellation of the participation for whatsoever reason is subjected to 50% deduction of the total value of space confirmed. Cancellation within 60 days of the event is subjected to 100% of the total value of the space confirmed. Organizer may change venue, timing and dates of the show by sending notification. Exhibitor cannot claim any compensation or seek refund in that case.


Since we are postponing the 2020 edition of COUTURE India due to the pandemic Covid-19, we will carry forward the advance paid for the next scheduled event which may happen in the first quarter of 2021.

Exhibition Rules:
  • Participants selected for the Couture India show will not be allowed, to participate or display, exhibit or market their products in any other exhibitions or private shows for 1 month prior to Couture India Show.
  • Director, CEO of the participating company will have to be present, herself/himself, at the stall during the 3 days of the Exhibition.
The stalls allotted to participants cannot be used by them to showcase merchandise of other parties.
  • The products exhibited should be similar to what was shown at the time of screening by way of finish, pricing and quality.
  • Matters related to screening and selection of participants is at the sole discretion of the Exhibition Organizer.
  • If any participant/stall allottee fails to abide by or is found to be flouting any of the conditions above or any other Rules of the Exhibition, prior to start of the Exhibition, his/her allotment will be cancelled and the entire Participation Fee will stand forfeited.
  • If the participant is found to be disregarding/disobeying any of the Rules during the Exhibition or such conduct is brought to the notice of the Exhibition Organizer after the Exhibition, they will be barred from taking part in the Exhibition in future
