Small AV displays (screens, monitors) are allowed but must not disturb neighboring booths.

No. COUTURE INDIA is a B2B event strictly for trade professionals. Direct sales to private consumers are not permitted on-site.
Yes. Taking wholesale orders from qualified retailers and buyers is strongly encouraged.
Discreet wholesale pricing is permitted for buyers’ reference. Public discount signage or consumer-facing promotions are prohibited.
Small branded items (catalogues, branded stationery, etc.) may be distributed within your booth space only. Distribution in common areas is not permitted.
Yes, you may photograph your own booth. However, photographing other booths or attendees without permission is strictly forbidden.
Yes. COUTURE INDIA’s PR team can assist in facilitating approved media interactions. Media must be registered and coordinated through show management.
Only with prior written approval from show management. Displays must not disturb other exhibitors.
Yes. General venue security is provided. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their merchandise and are advised to arrange additional booth security if needed.
Insurance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Exhibitors should carry product liability and booth insurance for full protection.
Move-in instructions and assigned timings will be communicated closer to the event date through the Exhibitor Manual.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods. Recommended logistics partners will be shared by the organizers to assist with shipping, customs clearance, and onsite handling.
No. Individuals under 18 years of age, including infants, are strictly prohibited.
Violation of show rules — including unauthorized guest invitations, unauthorized promotions, direct-to-consumer sales, or badge misuse — may result in badge confiscation, immediate expulsion, and disqualification from future editions of COUTURE INDIA.
